Can I change or stop a recurring gift?
Yes. Use “Manage recurring giving” with the email address you entered at checkout. You can update payment details or cancel future gifts. Contact the church if you need help with a particular gift.
Will I receive a receipt?
A receipt is available after a successful payment. Once online giving opens, receipts will also be emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Recurring gifts receive a receipt for each successful payment.
How is my information used?
Stripe processes your payment details. The church keeps your name, email, gift amount, fund, and payment references for donation administration. Giving does not subscribe you to church messages. Donation records are restricted to authorized administrators.
